PARLIAMENTARY SERVICE ACT 1999 No. 145, 1999 No. 145, 1999 - SECT 14 Secretaries bound by Code of Conduct
(1)
Secretaries are bound by the Code of Conduct in the same way as
Parliamentary Service employees.
(2)
Statutory office holders are bound by the Code of Conduct in the same way
as Parliamentary Service employees.
(3)
In this section:
statutory office holder means a person who holds any office or
appointment under this Act, being an office or appointment that is prescribed
by the determinations for the purposes of this definition.
