- SECT 7
Rights under Part IV of the old Act—second tier

(1)
A second-tier person is entitled to be engaged as an APS employee, in accordance with the regulations, within the time limits prescribed by the regulations.

(2)
Regulations made for the purposes of subsection (1) may prescribe exceptions to the entitlement.
