Making the application for certification

(1)

The application for the Commission to certify the agreement must state that it is made under this Division.

(2)

The application must be made no later than 21 days after:

(a) if it is made in accordance with section 170LJ—the day on which it is approved as mentioned in subsection 170LJ(2); or
(b) if it is made in accordance with section 170LK or 170LL—the day on which it is made.
